Jana Kramer is a country performer, singer and songwriter who became a household name in the world of television after she was chosen to play Alex in One Tree Hill for the last three seasons. The show showcased her first albums as country music, propelling her 2012 debut album in the Billboard 200 to the Top 20. Thirty One from 2015 reached the top ten spot. The decade came to an end with appearances in Dancing with the Stars, TV films and non-album singles. In 2021, the self-doubting Voices came out. Jana Rae Kramer was born and brought up within Rochester Hills Michigan. She was a child who listened to music from the country genre later on, she decided to pursue a career in recording. However, she first made an acting debut when she was young teenager in 2002's independent horror film Dead/Undead. After appearing as a guest in All My Children or CSI: NY, Kramer landed Noelle Davenport's recurring role in NBC Friday Night Lights in the second season of 2007-2008. Kramer then appeared on 90210 for the character of Portia Randson in 2008 through 2009 and also as Brooke Manning for Entourage 2009. Then in 2009, she was part of the cast of One Tree Hill as Alex Dupre. Kramer remained in the character until about midway through the final season of One Tree Hill. Jana Kramer Kramer began her career as a performer on One Tree Hill in 2011. She signed a contract with Elektra Records during this time and dropped the country-rock single "I I Won't Let You Go" in one episode. It later appeared as a track on Jana Kramer, her debut album released in 2012. Billboard Top Country Albums ranked it among the Top Five. Following a shift to her professional musical career, she was still acting, and she appeared in movies such as Heart of the Country 2013 (which attracted her fan base) or Country Crush 2016 (which would draw her fans of music). Kramer has released her second album of her own, Thirty One together with Warner Music Nashville, in October of this year. I Got the Boy - the album was a Top Five Country hit - and Steven Tyler, Aerosmith's lead singer in a duet helped the album reach the top ten of the Billboard 200. The two-month stint on Dancing with the Stars 23rd season ended in her placing 4th. The same year, she made a splash with an adult contemporary song with Straight No Chaser's Feels Like Christmas.
