Antonia Lofaso

Antonia Lofaso's cooking can be a way to investigate what lies within her. The food she creates comes from her curiosity about the culture of Los Angeles, which was inspired by a visit from Long Island to Los Angeles from Long Island's suburbs. In all her dishes she draws a picture that is distinct and speaks to nostalgia for the historical. Scopa Italian Roots was opened in 2013 by Lofaso, who is inspired from her Italian American roots.
